Acturis partners with QuickFacts to provide QuickFlows within QuickFacts
Halifax, NS (Jan. 21, 2026) – QuickFacts is pleased to announce Acturis has partnered with QuickFacts to provide QuickFlows within QuickFacts. QuickFlows, part of our Workflows software, gives brokers structured, customizable processes directly in QuickFacts. They reflect best practices for Broker Management Systems and can be tailored to fit each brokerage’s unique operations. These guided processes supplement the workflows already in place for brokers to navigate Acturis, helping them work more efficiently and consistently across their teams.
Brokers are excited by the functionality and support of Acturis. The challenge with training isn’t just the quality of the material; it’s retention. Psychologist Hermann Ebbinghaus showed through his Forgetting Curve model that without reinforcement, people forget most of what they’ve learned within days. Even the best training sessions can fade quickly and by Acturis partnering with QuickFacts to deliver QuickFlows, Brokers are able to provide constant reinforcement through structured, in-platform processes for their teams.
