StoneRidge Insurance Brokers caps off a record 2025 with expansion into British Columbia through acquisition of Driven Island Agencies Ltd.
Ancaster, ON (Jan. 12, 2026) – SIB Corp. is pleased to announce the acquisition of Driven Island Agencies Ltd., a fast-growing insurance brokerage based in Nanaimo, British Columbia, and former InsureLine franchise office. This marks SIB’s first brokerage acquisition in BC and a major milestone in the company’s national expansion.
Founded and led by Amie Law and Danielle Hanney, Driven Agencies has built a strong reputation on Vancouver Island for client-focused service and community engagement. As with the 10 acquisitions completed by SIB throughout 2025, Driven Agencies will continue operating under its existing brand and local leadership while being supported by SIB’s national platform, expanded markets, enhanced technology and operational resources.
