How would you describe the shape of the insurance industry? (Part 3)

Please help us to further prioritize the key characteristics of the “shape” of the industry in each of six categories. (You need not have participated in the first two surveys in the fall.)

Looking ahead to 2023, a group is evaluating how various factors might change the shape of the industry. That raises the question of how one describes the “shape” of the industry.

As the report from the first survey shows, you and your peers provided numerous characteristics, which we grouped into six different categories. In the second survey you collectively indicated whether you felt each characteristic was of low, moderate or high value.

Rather surprisingly the results were quite common for several characteristics in each category – see the report from the second survey – so we are asking for your help again. After removing the lower ranked entries, we would ask that you select the top two industry features in each category.

The survey takes about five minutes for a quick run-through or longer if you decide to think more deeply, which of course is always appreciated.

In a couple of weeks, we will again ask for your help, this time to rank-order the top characteristics as selected in this survey but across the six categories.

Thanks as always for sharing your thoughts and opinions with us.
