CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits offers group benefits to multinational employers for their employees who live and work outside their country of citizenship. We offer a full line of employee benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Pharmacy Management, Life, AD&D and Long Term Disability) as well as international business travel coverage. Coverage is available for groups with two or more expatriate employees on short or long-term assignments.

Administrative Services Account management, claims processing, customer service, underwriting, finance and administrative services are all provided from our International Service Center located in Wilmington, Delaware.

Claims Administration CIGNA International Expatriate Benefits provides high quality claims processing services. Employee members and their eligible dependents may either fax, mail or email their claims directly to our International Service Center for processing. Claim forms are available in 12 languages, and reimbursements are paid in over 100 currencies. We adjudicate claims according to appropriate international medical standards and reasonable and customary medical practices. We consistently process 90% of claims within a 10-day turnaround time. This capability is unmatched in the international marketplace.
