These same people from time to time - for any reason, from fund-raising to a celebration - will plan and hold a special event. Such events could be as simple as a birthday party in the backyard, a wedding at a church, an annual kick-off in a theatre, a street party, a fund-raiser at a hall - the range of the gathering and choice of locations are very broad.
