Yarmouth Mutual Implements Enterprise Insurance Back-Office Solution With Partner MCCG
St. Thomas, ON (Jan. 11, 2017) – Yarmouth Mutual Insurance Company in partnership with MCCG has effectively launched the Insurance Business Solution (IBS®) as their enterprise insurance-back-office solution. The IBS® product provides Yarmouth with enhanced technology across a suite of integrated modules (policy, claims and accounting). Yarmouth is leveraging greater levels of automation and streamlining of processes to provide improved levels of service to their policy holders, agents and brokers. Yarmouth remains committed to these stakeholders and believes that ease of doing business afforded by the IBS solution for their team will translate into many current and future benefits for their community. MCCG's focus on remaining current with technology will allow Yarmouth to continue to progress their business plans and adopt further web based technologies.
