From Doug

Our 2017 Technology Conference, Technology Awards and Broker Forum have come and gone. Rested and recovered, we are now into analysis and planning for the future.

Good speakers from outside insurance provided thought leadership; industry colleagues brought the message home that you are quite comfortable being where the action is, and even instigating it.

At a high level, I left with two perceptions:

•  People are really important – crucial – and organizations are doing more than ever to nurture, collaborate, and organize;

•  A “can-do” attitude prevails – let's be there with the best, even lead the pack in tackling (and, yes, leveraging) the change around us.

As we saw highlighted by numerous speakers, there is some really interesting technology in play now, and more coming down the pipeline.

Adapt. Be agile, be quick, and ... be good.

I look forward to seeing you August 29th at our annual Executive Forum.
