From Doug

Our neighbours to the south have welcomed a new president, one who has promised an era of change and a “return to greatness.”

Technology too has been welcomed – but not without controversy of its own – and since the industrial revolution has likewise promised both change and greatness.

Technology has been delivering for many years, but the prospect (is it a promise?) of fundamental changes to insurance is now at fever pitch.

The next few years will tell the tale, both for our neighbours and for insurance.
