From Doug

My father has just completed his life journey. Looking at his insurance, I realized he had been a customer of the same insurer for his whole life.

His requirements varied dramatically. He took over the family farm after his war service. Things came and went: a car, a house (no farm), a second car, young male drivers, a rental property, a private airplane, a house under construction, an apartment, a room in a senors' residence.

Is lifetime loyalty even possible today?
