Even as an observer of – and participant in – the insurance industry's increasingly rapid adoption of technology, little has prepared me for the veritable explosion that we are in today. Change was front and centre at last week's Executive Forum. I was amazed by the focus on culture within organizations – the leadership emphasis on getting everyone involved in creating better products and services, customer experiences, and workplaces.
